PROVIDING tractors and Implements, Harvesting and Post Harvesting Agricultural Machines to Farmers or off takers is not a definition of MECHANIZATION ……….
When farmers are EMPOWERED and TRAINED on the usage and maintenance of Agricultural MACHINERIES while also showing them how to generate revenue by providing same services to next door farmers, those farmers within such farming COMMUNITIES ARE SAID TO BE MECHANIZED!!
FMARD, Nigeria is addressing these Mechanization challenges through the set up of Government-enabled private sector driven Agricultural Equipment Hiring Enterprise (AEHE)
